Science-based
Interns in Science-based roles will have the opportunity to work with one of our core business units that are focused on helping customers take urgent action on climate change. Depending on your background, you may join our Environmental Markets, Carbon Markets, or our Market Intelligence teams. By joining one of these teams you will have the opportunity to learn about domestic and international REC Markets, the project development process for Carbon Credit projects, trends and policy for renewable energy markets, and strategies to help some of the largest brands in the world envision and implement renewable energy and climate solutions.

What we seek from you
- BA/BS, Masters degree, or pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline such as environmental science, engineering, environmental policy
- Intern - 2 years of professional experience in financial/fundamentals modeling
- Renewable Energy industry experience or coursework preferred
- Ability to work in a team-based environment balancing competing demands toward mutual goals
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to succinctly share information to other team members
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure
- Strategic, conceptual, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Highly organized, reliable and well-structured in your research and analyses
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel (i.e. advanced functions such as formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and advanced filtering/sorting)
- Experience using SQL, R, and /or Python a plus
- Previous internship and/or coursework experience is a plus
